NWC Scheduled to Testify to Congress on December 17, 2025 on WRDA 2026

NWC members,

On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET, NWC President and CEO Julie Ufner is scheduled to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Transportation and Infrastructure Committee’s Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment for the hearing, “Water Resources Development Act of 2026: Stakeholder Priorities.”

The subcommittee plans to examine the different perspectives held by non-Federal partners and the challenges they face, and what they believe should be addressed in the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) 2026 bill.

The following panelists are scheduled to testify:

• Julie Ufner, President and CEO of the National Waterways Conference
• Charles Camillo, Executive Vice President of the Midwest Flood Control Association
• Bryan Jones, President of the Mid-Atlantic Division, HNTB
• Noel Hacegaba, Chief Operating Officer, Port of Long Beach, California
