NWC, get excited to meet face-to-face and dig into the federal water and waterways resource challenges and opportunities facing the nation at our NWC Legislative Summit on March 10-12, 2025, in Washington, DC. The meeting will be held at Le Meridien, 1177 15th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005.

• Tuesday, March 11, 2025
  • All day: General Session

• Wednesday, March 12, 2025
  • AM/PM: General Session/Caucus meetings
  • Noon: NWC Board of Directors lunch meeting

Planned sessions include the following: A look at the new 119^th Congress and Administration; discussions with Capitol Hill staff about issues coming down the pike in the 119^th Congress; federal agency speakers and more.

• Early Bird Member: $550 (ends Jan. 24, 2025)
• Regular Member: $675 (starts Jan. 25, 2025)
• Early Bird Non-Member: $725 (ends Jan. 24, 2025)
• Regular Non-Member: $900 (starts Jan. 25, 2025)

Registration includes all programming, breaks, and one lunch and one breakfast.

HOTEL BLOCK

We are pleased to offer a limited number of rooms through our room block for our attendees at Le Meridien.  Please book your hotel reservation here or call 1-888-236-2427 for assistance.

Here are the details:

• Accommodations: Classic king and queen rooms are available at a special rate of $269 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes)
• Dates: Booking is available March 9—March 12, 2025 while rooms are available.
• Deposit: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
• Booking Deadline: The room block closes on Feb. 12, 2025, or when it reaches full capacity. We urge you to book early as rooms are limited.

Always located in Washington, DC, this meeting takes place in the early spring. The event focuses on congressional regulatory and administrative policies within the water resources realm. Many participants find this a good time to meet with congressional offices.
