We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for the National Waterways Conference’s 2026 Legislative Summit. The NWC Legislative Summit connects stakeholders across all areas of the water infrastructure community to discuss federal policies, programs, and priorities shaping the nation’s water resources infrastructure. Attendees range from non-federal sponsors, industry leaders, ports, water supply and flood control districts, hydropower producers, engineers, contractors, and representatives from federal agencies and Capitol Hill.
The summit will be held on April 20-22, 2026 at The Hamilton Hotel, 1001 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005.

(Note: the NWC Legislative Summit remains a freestanding event, with NWC programming on the afternoon on April 20 and the morning of April 22).

Legislative Summit
Always located in Washington, DC, this meeting takes place in the early spring. The event focuses on congressional regulatory and administrative policies within the water resources realm. Many participants find this a good time to meet with congressional offices.
Speakers are selected for their high-level knowledge of congressional and regulatory actions.
